My sailing boat

Ever since I was a little boy I have really liked water and my dream was to make a model sailboat. I have been building a boat with my dad since the last christmas holidays. I was going to make a catamaran motor boat but I decided to make a sail boat instead.   This is my trimaran boat and it has 3 hulls. It can move through the water very fast. Speaking of water I have sailed it in the local stream and at Silo Park. All of the design was done by me and I am really proud of it. To make my boat really buoyant I used styrofoam to make the middle hull because the hull that I had before was too heavy and it was almost sinking the boat. I have learnt that if you have a bigger hull it displaces more water and makes the boat float better.
