iMoko (Summer Learning Journey)


Things I do to stay healthy.
  1.  Exercise. I enjoy running, biking and swimming. I swim twice a week with Trent Bray Central Swimming Club. Wake Up at 5.30, out of the pool by 7.20 a.m and off to school.
  2. Eat good food, especially fruit and vegetables. We grow strawberries, tomatoes, lettuce and herbs (basil, rosemary and thyme) in our garden. I love sliced tomatoes on toast with olive oil and basil.
  3. Get a good night sleep. I try to get a good night's sleep - it's not easy when it's so hot though!
  4. Shower and bathe to keep mum happy!
  5. Balance playing with schoolwork.
