Things I do to stay healthy.
- Exercise. I enjoy running, biking and swimming. I swim twice a week with Trent Bray Central Swimming Club. Wake Up at 5.30, out of the pool by 7.20 a.m and off to school.
- Eat good food, especially fruit and vegetables. We grow strawberries, tomatoes, lettuce and herbs (basil, rosemary and thyme) in our garden. I love sliced tomatoes on toast with olive oil and basil.
- Get a good night sleep. I try to get a good night's sleep - it's not easy when it's so hot though!
- Shower and bathe to keep mum happy!
- Balance playing with schoolwork.
